The application of garbage incinerator in life, the incineration technology of garbage treatment equipment can be seen to be very important, and our company is also constantly developing products that are more suitable for waste incineration. Hope to do a good job for the construction of the city logistics, for the blue sky of the motherland to do their due responsibility, the disposal of urban garbage has become a headache for various governments, and the application of incinerator in garbage disposal has broken through this problem that has plagued many years, garbage incineration has existed for a long time, but because the gas has not been treated, it directly pollutes the air. And the incinerator does not have this worry. Let's briefly introduce the process of incinerator in municipal waste treatment.
The application of waste incinerator in life Under great pressure, China has started a huge incinerator construction program. Since 2000, a series of policies have been issued to encourage the development of the waste incineration industry, and there are currently 62 waste incineration plants in China. During the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, waste-to-energy projects were frequently launched in various places, and there are 82 known project plans. Compared with the landfill method, the waste incineration method is more efficient and occupies a smaller area, and was once regarded as a good way to "reduce the amount quickly". Japan has built more than 6,000 waste incinerators in a hurry, ranking first in the world in terms of the number of waste incinerators. Some developed countries have also followed suit, pushing waste incineration to a climax.
However, the waste incineration method has not been accepted by the public, and its disadvantages are highlighted in the heavier latent pollution, expensive cost, complex operation and waste of resources. It has been reported in the literature that about 5,000 cubic meters of exhaust gas will be generated after each ton of waste incineration, and about half of the original volume of ash will be left. Today's incineration equipment, under normal operation, will also release dozens of harmful substances, and it is difficult to purify them all through filtration, water washing and adsorption alone.
