We all know that the pollution of garbage will lead to a worse environment, but also has a huge harm to human beings, now only the garbage is disposed of, and the research and development of the garbage incinerator has played a key role, its arrival has helped us solve the problem, has a great influence on the disposal of garbage, as follows:
(1) The influence of exhaust emissions, all combustible substances in the incineration garbage become high-temperature gases during the combustion process, and the pollutants in the flue gas after incineration can be divided into the following categories, organic pollutants polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDDs), organic pollutants are mainly polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDFs).
(2) Heavy metal pollutants mainly come from the evaporation of waste batteries contained in domestic garbage, waste electronic components and some heavy metals and their compounds contained in various heavy metal wastes in the incineration process, and some of these evaporated substances directly become gaseous at high temperatures, existing in the flue gas in the form of gas phase, and some are combined with the particulate matter in the incineration flue gas and exist in the flue gas in the form of solid phase, and a considerable part of the heavy metal molecules are oxidized after entering the flue gas and condensed into very fine particulate matter.
(3) Sulfur oxides mainly come from the oxidation reaction of sulfur contained in domestic waste with oxygen at high temperatures. Hydrogen chloride and hydrogen fluoride are generated in the incineration process of garbage incinerators by chlorine compounds and fluorine compounds such as polyvinyl chloride, kitchen waste, paper, cloth, etc. in domestic waste.
(4) After the domestic garbage enters the garbage incinerator, most of the non-combustibles remain on the grate and are discharged in the form of slag, while a small part of the small volume and light weight substances rise in the furnace together with the high-temperature gas produced by incineration under the action of the induced draft fan airflow, forming a flue gas flow containing particulate matter, which is discharged through the chimney.
(5) Pretreatment is required before garbage incineration, and negative pressure operation is used in the treatment workshop to reduce the overflow of odorous gas, ensure the normal operation of the garbage incineration plant, and at the same time dehydrate the garbage part and increase the calorific value. The odorous gas is mainly in the garbage pretreatment workshop, while the odorous gas of the incineration flue gas has little effect, and the ash is less odorous after being burned at high temperature.
With the help of the garbage incinerator, the garbage will not pollute the environment after strict treatment, and the natural ecological environment can be restored, so this equipment plays a vital role in purifying the ecological environment.
