Garbage incinerator is a harmless treatment equipment commonly used to treat domestic garbage, industrial waste, medical waste and other garbage.

Preparation of the garbage incinerator

1. Check the oil level of the light oil daily tank of the hazardous waste incinerator and open the relevant valves correctly;

2. Check the oil level of the incinerator slag tank, open the heating valve to 70 °C, and open the relevant valve correctly;

3. Supply control air to the system;

4. Remove the residual ash in the combustion chamber, close the ash door and the door for solid garbage input;

5. Close the power switch on the control box.

The principle of the garbage incinerator is to use the combustion of coal, oil, gas and other fuels to incinerate and carbonize the objects to be treated at high temperatures, so as to achieve the purpose of reduction, harmlessness and disinfection.

Taking the incineration of domestic waste as an example, the operation steps of using incinerator for harmless treatment are illustrated:

1. Inject fuel, turn on the power supply, start the combustion switch, the temperature in the furnace reaches the spontaneous combustion temperature, put the domestic garbage into the furnace, turn off the combustion switch, start the spontaneous combustion switch, and the domestic garbage remains in a state of spontaneous combustion until it is completely carbonized.

2. The incinerated carbide needs to be buried in a location (away from water sources and residential areas) to completely eliminate the spread of germs.

The use of incinerators needs to consider the requirements of environmental protection:

Exhaust emissions need to meet relevant environmental protection standards such as no black smoke, no peculiar smell, and no large particles of dust.
