Emission Standards And Related Requirements For Incinerators

Incinerator is a kind of harmless treatment equipment commonly used in the harmless treatment of medical and domestic waste and animals. Its principle is to use the combustion of fuels such as oil and gas to incinerate and carbonize the objects to be treated at high temperatures to achieve the purpose of disinfection.

If the incinerator does not burn at the bottom, it will cause pollution, so it is necessary to install standards to implement it when it is used.

The emission standards of incinerators are subject to the "Pollution Control Standards for Hazardous Waste Incineration". 

1. The principle of site selection of incineration plants 

All types of incineration plants are prohibited from constructing GHZB1 Regulation II, functional areas and functional air quality as defined in GB3095*, i.e., nature reserves, scenic areas and other areas requiring special protection. The construction of centralized hazardous waste incineration plants in densely populated residential, commercial and cultural areas is not permitted.

3. Storage of hazardous waste 

The hazardous waste warehouse must be a permanent building that complies with the "Pollution Control Standards for Hazardous Waste Storage" (GB18597-2001), and the exterior wall is in principle white with red letters, and the font size of "hazardous warehouse" depends on the size of the wall space and the overall neat and elegant appearance. 

The ground* of the storage facilities and sites must meet the requirements of the "Pollution Control Standards for Hazardous Waste Storage". If EIA material support is not available, the impermeable material should be replaced on the original ground. If waste acids and alkalis need to be stored, the ground should be treated with antiseptic. The ground should be significantly higher than the outdoors, the entrance should be fenced, and diversion channels and sumps should be set around to enhance daily management to ensure that the ground is always clean and true colors are seen.
