1. Flame fault alarm

If the flame failure occurs at the beginning of ignition and the light oil combustion stage, it may be that the oil level of the diesel cabinet is too low, the diesel contains water, the valve of the diesel system is not opened normally, the ignition electrode is faulty, the light oil nozzle is abnormal, the photoresistor is dirty, the smoke exhaust baffle cannot automatically operate normally, etc.

If the flame failure occurs in the sewage oil incineration stage, especially when it has just turned to level 7, most of the sewage oil still contains too much water, of course, the quality of the sewage oil is too poor, and the flame intensity of the sewage oil is insufficient, you can appropriately increase the pressure of the sewage oil into the metering pump (1BAR of the sewage tank round cabinet), and appropriately increase the speed of the metering pump to enhance the flame intensity of the sewage oil. However, in our practice, the key to the smooth combustion of the sewage oil depends on the amount of water contained in the sewage oil, and has little impact on the quality of the sewage oil. If the furnace temperature is close to the high temperature alarm value, the sewage oil inlet pressure and the speed of the metering pump should be appropriately reduced. If the quality of the sludge oil is not good, the furnace temperature continues to drop during combustion, increase the sludge oil pressure and metering pump speed appropriately to keep the furnace temperature stable above CCTSO.

2. The flue gas temperature is high (375 °C) or the furnace temperature is high (1200 °C) and the furnace is alarmed and the furnace is stopped. There could be four reasons;

(1) Filling too much solid waste when burning solid waste.

(2) When the sewage oil is incinerated, the injection amount of sewage oil is too large, and the pressure of the sewage oil or the speed of the metering pump should be appropriately reduced.

(3) The air inlet volume of the furnace is too small, the air inlet fan is abnormal or the air inlet is blocked.

(4) The smoke exhaust baffle or smoke exhaust fan is abnormal.

3. The atomization of the sewage nozzle is not good, the combustion is not good, and the carbon in the furnace is serious, which may be that the sewage nozzle is dirty and blocked, the sewage oil pressure is too low or the atomization air is insufficient.

4. The flame of the combustion chamber is unstable, and the incinerator vibrates greatly. It may be due to the unstable injection of dirty oil, the dirty carbon blockage in the exhaust channel, the abnormal flue exhaust fan or baffle, the blockage of the furnace air intake, the dirty bearing damage of the fan blades, etc.

Classification of solid waste

1. According to its composition, it can be divided into organic waste and inorganic waste;

2. According to its pollution characteristics, it can be divided into hazardous waste and general waste;

3. According to its source, it can be divided into mining, industrial, urban life, agriculture and radioactivity;

4. According to its form, it can be divided into solid waste, semi-solid waste and liquid (gaseous) waste;

5. According to its toxicity, it can be divided into two categories: toxic and non-toxic, toxic and harmful solid waste refers to toxic, flammable, corrosive, reactive, radioactive and infectious solid and semi-solid waste.
