Precautions for Garbage Crane Operation
1. Before the main switch is powered on, all controllers must be in the "zero position" to check the condition of the crane.
2. The crane should issue a warning signal (bell) before each start. When operating, whether manually or automatically, the operator must concentrate and pay attention to the direction, speed, and position of the grab bucket, as well as the twisting and swinging of the grab bucket. They must also listen carefully to the sound of the equipment, especially the electrical equipment, to ensure that it is functioning properly.
3. Lifting heavy objects must be done in a vertical position. It is not allowed to use large or small vehicles to drag heavy objects.
4. During the operation of the crane, cleaning, refueling, and other maintenance work are prohibited, and personnel are not allowed to stay on the crane. Effective safety measures should be taken when relevant personnel must stay.
5. The crane should gradually approach the edge position at the slowest speed. During normal operation, it is prohibited to use limit switches as a means of normal parking.
6. The various controllers of the crane should be started step by step. Before the machinery comes to a complete stop, it is forbidden to directly reverse the controller from the forward position to the reverse position for braking, except in cases where it is used to prevent accidents.
7. The operator should prevent the crane from colliding with another crane. One crane cannot be used to move another crane.
8. When the electric motor of the crane suddenly loses power or the voltage drops sharply, all controllers should be pulled back to zero as soon as possible; The main switch must be turned off.
9. The crane has completed its work and the main power supply must be cut off. When work is stopped due to inspection or maintenance, the power should be cut off and a prominent warning sign should be hung.
10. Maintenance tools and spare parts must be stored in dedicated cabinets and are not allowed to be scattered on cranes.
11. Portable lighting fixtures with a voltage below 36V must be used during maintenance.
12. Do not use grab buckets to transport or lift personnel.
13. It is prohibited to store flammable (such as kerosene), explosive, and toxic substances on cranes.
14. During the operation of the crane and trolley, avoid scraping the grab bucket against garbage, walls, hoppers, etc. to prevent the lifting equipment from rotating and colliding.
