The waste incinerator uses the heat generated by the combustion of auxiliary fuels to raise the temperature of combustible harmful gases to the reaction temperature, so that oxidative decomposition occurs. Air and oil are commonly used thermal media for domestic waste incinerator manufacturers, and the following is explained:
(1) The commonly used heat medium of the garbage incinerator is air and oil, and the fresh air (or oil) is sent to the heat exchanger of the incinerator through the fan (or pump), and the air (or oil) is heated to a certain temperature before being sent to the heating equipment.
(2) In order to effectively control the temperature of the hot air of the garbage incinerator, a bypass pipeline is usually added to the hot air pipeline to connect with the fresh air pipeline, and when the temperature of the hot air is too high, the bypass pipeline will be automatically opened and fresh air is added to adjust the temperature of the hot air.
(3) When oil is used as the medium, the hot oil flows back to the heat exchanger of the garbage incinerator after passing through the heating device, so that the oil temperature is maintained within the temperature range required by the process.
(4) In order to make the temperature of the hot oil controllable, the heat generated by the combustion chamber of the garbage incinerator is divided into two ways, one directly flows to the heat exchanger, and the other is a bypass channel.
(5) When the temperature of the hot oil exceeds the set value, the excess heat is discharged into the chimney from the bypass channel.
Waste incinerator operation steps:
(1) Check the electrical equipment wiring, and connect the power supply, check whether the water in the pool is sufficient, and check whether the filter is clean.
(2) Put dry firewood into the hearth and pour a little diesel or kerosene to support combustion.
(3) Check whether there is debris in the furnace of the incinerator and clean it up.
(4) Turn on the water pump to pump water, and fill the water pump with water until you see that there is water overflow at the overflow port of the dust collector before proceeding to the next step of operation.
(5) Light the firewood in the furnace and turn on the blower.
(6) After the fire is hot, the garbage will be transported to the furnace, and after the garbage in the furnace boring is completely incinerated clean, the pump, blower, and power main switch will be turned off in turn, and the garbage incineration will be completed
Under the same operating temperature conditions, the heat medium of the waste incinerator can obtain a higher heat transfer temperature, which greatly reduces the operating pressure of the high-temperature heating system and improves the safety of the system and equipment.
