Waste Incinerator Combustion Adjustment
Requirements for waste incinerator fuel:
1. Hazardous waste is not allowed to enter the waste storage.
2. The waste in the waste storage is stacked and fermented in different areas according to the time of entry, ensuring that the fermentation time of each area is consistent and fully fermented.
3. The waste with relatively high calorific value is stacked at the top to make the calorific value of the waste entering the furnace relatively uniform.
4. The garbage crane operator should contact the boiler operator in time when changing areas and materials.
5. The waste entering the furnace should be fully stirred to make it loose and uniform.
6. The boiler operator should make combustion adjustments based on the characteristics of waste in different seasons.
Grate and Feed Adjustment
To ensure ideal combustion, always pay attention to whether the flame is evenly distributed on the combustion grate.
When the calorific value of the garbage is high, you can increase the material layer by speeding up the feeding speed and not changing the grate movement speed, or you can increase the material layer by speeding up the feeding speed and reducing the grate movement speed.
When the calorific value of the garbage is low and the combustion speed is slow, you can increase the material layer by feeding less, feeding more frequently and appropriately slowing down the grate movement speed.
Air Volume Adjustment
Primary air: When the combustion zone moves forward or the material layer in the main combustion zone becomes thinner and lacks material, the primary air volume should be actively reduced to slow down the combustion speed and make the material layer thicker. Otherwise, the primary air volume should be increased.
Secondary air: The air volume is adjusted according to the furnace temperature and the CO content in the flue gas. When the air volume increases, the oxygen concentration increases and the carbon monoxide content decreases. On the contrary, the carbon monoxide concentration increases.
Furnace Negative Pressure
The negative pressure in the furnace is adjusted by the induced draft fan inverter and is usually maintained at -50~30Pa.
