Ash and Slag removing system consists of an ash hopper under the furnace (also an air chamber), a horizontal ash conveyor and a slag remover. A small amount of fine ash produced after the garbage is completely burned falls into the ash hopper through the grate gaps and air inlet holes and is then collected in the horizontal ash conveyor. The main ash generated by garbage combustion is pushed into the slag hopper through the burnout section grate, and then enters the wet slag remover together with the fine ash. All ash and slag are sent into the slag pit by the slag removal machine.
