Brief Introduction of Reciprocating Grate
1. The reciprocating grate is a mechanical grate that adds fuel and removes ash by periodic reciprocating motion. This grate consists of movable grate pieces and fixed grate pieces, usually made of cast iron, and the grate pieces are of various types, among which the stepped inclined grate is the most widely used type. The combustion conditions of the reciprocating grate are similar to those of the chain grate furnace. Measures such as segmented air supply, brick arches and secondary air can be taken to improve the combustion conditions.
2. In the technical conditions of the reciprocating grate, there are two types: forward push reciprocating grate and reverse push reciprocating grate. The movement direction of the grate pieces of the forward push reciprocating grate is consistent with the movement direction of the coal, while the movement direction of the grate pieces of the reverse push reciprocating grate is opposite to the movement direction of the coal. The model of the reciprocating grate consists of three parts, including the grate classification code, the inclination angle and the reciprocating stroke, and the effective length and width of the grate.
3. In the garbage incinerator, the reciprocating grate system is the core part, which plays a vital role in the overall process route, incineration effect, project cost, economic benefits, etc. The garbage incineration grate is mainly composed of reciprocating moving parts. The movement of the grate pushes the garbage forward, loosens the garbage layer, and promotes the drying and combustion of the garbage. The main mechanical grate incinerators used at home and abroad include Martin grate furnace technology in Germany and Hitachi Shipbuilding grate furnace technology in Japan. These technologies have different structural forms and characteristics in the core grate part.
4. The reciprocating grate boiler is a new type of boiler using clean combustion technology, which has the characteristics of high combustion efficiency and low pollution. The furnace of the boiler adopts membrane water-cooled wall, and the reciprocating grate is arranged at the bottom of the furnace. This design helps to improve combustion efficiency and reduce pollution emissions.
5. The principle of the reciprocating grate boiler is that the fuel is transported to the grate through the feeder, and then the fuel enters the furnace and gradually moves through the reciprocating motion of the grate, while turning the fuel to promote full combustion. The reciprocating grate boiler has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient manufacturing, low metal consumption and good smoke and dust removal effect. It is suitable for burning bulk biomass and inferior coal, and the thermal efficiency can be as high as 88%. In addition, the reciprocating grate boiler also has good dynamic response ability and a highly automated control system.
